Your Instructor
Executive Director of UPC at YU, and prior to that Director of Training and Instruction, Dr. Nebila Dhieb has overseen the English language training program at Al Yamamah University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia since 2008. With MA and PhD degrees in Applied Linguistics from the University of Manouba, Tunisia, and as Assistant Professor in Applied Linguistics, she has lectured in Curriculum Development, Applied Linguistics, English for Specific Purposes and Methodology in TESL/TEFL contexts at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She has also been involved in facilitating different pre-service and in-service training programs during most of her tenure. Her articles were published in English for Specific Purposes, ITL Review of Applied Linguistics, CALL-EJ and English Teaching Forum, and her book "Understanding reading in a scientific context: A genre-based approached" appeared in 2010 (VDM).
